Conditions such as dietary disorders, allergies, arthritis and insomnia are some of the many problems which may be caused or aggravated by stress. If you want to extend your skills as a therapist or are interested in holistic therapies but are unsure of where to begin then this is the ideal course for you.
We therefore do not have a prescribed approach, but use a range of tools and techniques to identify the flash points, uncover the causes of stress and help stressed employees back to full health as quickly as possible. If activated for short periods of time the stress response will not cause the individual undue harm. Do Not Let Stress Get Out Of Control
But, if stress gets out of control, it may harm your health, your relationships, and your enjoyment of life. Stress involves your body and your mind, which is why you need to learn how to not let it get out of control, but before you can begin to control it, you have to know what it feels like. Some people will NEVER learn this in a whole lifetime, but you can learn to manage stress if you want to. Topics also include worry control, anger management, and eye-movement therapy.”
Learn to Respond
There are some things we can hardly exercise control over, but we can always learn to respond in a better way. This learning process is the essence of all stress management techniques. So therefore it’s any situation where we actually feel out of control with that particular situation happening to us. So, if working at home we are in control of what we’re doing then that’s going to be good for us and that’s going to be fine and we can thrive on that and exactly the same in the workplace – it’s dependent on whether we are in control or out of control. Though science has explored the technique often in the past 30 years, some associate it with mind control. Others believe it belongs to the realm of cults.
